All of our functions will be held at the luxurious MGM Grand Conference Center on the Las Vegas Strip. Our room block is located in the MGM Grand Tower (not the West Wing), just an elevator ride or a short walk away from all of the restaurants, entertainment, SSA activities and your industry peers. The MGM Grand Tower guest rooms are newly renovated and boast amenities such as updated bathrooms/tubs, more space (approximately 100 more square feet) per room, mini bar, and they are much closer to the SSA meetings and trade show.

Beware of Hotel Booking Scams!
We have received notice that members are receiving SCAM calls and emails from a company trying to sell hotel reservations for the MGM Grand. If you are contacted by another company, such as National Travel Associates or ntarooms.com, do not give out your credit card information. Reservations for the SSA Spring Conference and Trade Show should be made directly through the reservation link. If you provide your credit card information to an unauthorized vendor, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.
Transportation Informaion
Harry Reid International Airport is located at 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, just two miles from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and 15 miles from Downtown and is easily accessed via I-215, Tropicana Avenue, or Russell Road.
Lyft and Uber are authorized to provide services at the airport. Use the apps on your mobile device to arrange for a ride. Drivers drop off customers at the departures curbs at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Designated Lyft/Uber passenger pickup locations.
