Our conference hotel is connected to the Riverwalk outlets in New Orleans' central business district. Just a block from Harrah's Casino and within a mile of the French Quarter, Jackson Square, and the Aquarium of the Americas. Our conference hotel is a partner of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, where all of our sessions and trade show will be.

Hotel registration at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside is now open for SSA’s 2023 Spring Conference. We have reserved a block of rooms at a reduced group rate starting at $229 (plus tax/fees) for SSA attendees and exhibitors.

Beware of Hotel Booking Scams!
We have received notice that members are receiving SCAM calls and emails from a company trying to sell hotel reservations for the MGM Grand. If you are contacted by another company, such as National Travel Associates or ntarooms.com, do not give out your credit card information. Reservations for the SSA Spring Conference and Trade Show should be made directly through the reservation link. If you provide your credit card information to an unauthorized vendor, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.

Transportation Info: Getting to the Hilton and Convention Center
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is about 25 minutes away, and the Amtrak station is a mile from the hotel. Shuttle transportation to/from the airport is available (fee applies).

Self-parking is available in our garage for $44 per day with in and out privileges. Valet is available for $49.
