Everything you need to know before you head to San Antonio! 

When will I receive my badge?
Badges will NOT be mailed. They can be picked up at Registration in the Convention Center Tuesday March 17 & Wednesday March 18th .

 

What are the registration hours?

Tuesday, March 17th: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday, March 18th: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Where is the conference and tradeshow taking place?

Can I bring a child? Is there an age restriction?
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the trade show. If you have any other questions regarding a child at the conference, please contact Jen Pettigrew at jpettigrew@selfstorage.org.


Hotel Reservations
We have contracted a hotel block at the Marriott River Center and the Marriott River Walk both are within walking distance of the Convention Center. Reservations can be made online here. Reservations can also be made via phone at 1.877.622.3056. Be sure to mention Self Storage Association to receive the discounted rate.


What is the closest airport?
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is about 10 miles from the Henry B. González Convention Center.


What is the exhibit hall schedule?
Tuesday, March 17th: 3:30pm – 7:30pm
Wednesday, March 18th: 11:30am – 1:45pm

Can I obtain a list of exhibitors?
Information on all of the exhibitors can be found in the conference app and program during the show.

 

What if I have a situation arise and I am no longer available to attend?
Substitution and Cancellation Policy
If you register and then are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place at no additional charge. Notify the SSA registrar in writing or by FAX (514) 289-9844 or email SSA@Showcare.com, as far in advance of the conference as possible. Cancellations faxed or postmarked on or before February 7, 2020, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per registrant ($35 for Trade Show Only registrants), with the remainder refunded.
No refund will be granted for cancellations faxed or postmarked after February 7, 2020!
